The Mind Gymnasium ebooks are chapters, or in some case groups of chapters, from my CD-ROM Letting the Heart Sing - The Mind Gymnasium. This is turn was a vastly expanded digital edition of the Gaia Books text, The Mind Gymnasium.

The CD-ROM, a fully featured compendium of 1233 pages is still available here and here. It's now close to being sold out (hurry for the last few copies of the first edition!)

The Mind Gymnasium ebook library makes freely available, in more bite-sized form, almost the whole of the digital edition.

Hundred of illustrations, almost all the text, quizzes and exercises... all that that's missing from the ebooks is the index and out-going cross referencing.
